Prepare the herbs:
Rinse all herbs/leaves well. Slice larger items like lemongrass, pomelo peel, and ginger.
Boil:
In a large pot, add the herbs with 2–3 liters of water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15–30 minutes.
Strain & Cool:
Remove from heat and strain the water.
Let it cool to a warm temperature before use.
Use as final rinse:
After washing your hair with shampoo, pour the herbal water over your scalp and hair.
Gently massage the scalp. No need to rinse again with plain water.
For a more relaxing experience, add a few drops of essential oil (like rosemary or lavender).
Store any leftover in the fridge (up to 2–3 days), but it’s best when freshly made.
Use 1–2 times a week for best results.
